Having never worked with a life coach before I was a little unsure of what to expect when I first got in touch with Richard. At the time, I was struggling with lots of different elements in my life and was feeling more than a bit overwhelmed. I think of myself as a strong individual but when lots of life's curveballs come along at once sometimes you need a bit of help! - this was where Richard came in.

During my sessions he supported me throughout my transition from primary school teacher (of 20 years) into making the leap into self-employment. He also very sensitively helped me to come to terms with difficulties within my marriage. Finally, when I was struggling to communicate with my son (who had just reached adulthood), Richard supported me in helping me to rethink my 'new' relationship with a grown up son.

I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for a professional, yet 'appropriately laid back' life coach.
