About Me

I have more than 30 years of working with and supporting adults – including carers, people experiencing mental health challenges, people who have survived bereavement or other difficult life events, volunteers and staff members … In short, people like you and me.

I have worked as a supporter, an adviser, a trainer, a facilitator, a counsellor, a manager, a volunteer. I have worked in the voluntary, charitable and private sectors.

I have a Foundation Degree in counselling, a level 3 Diploma in bereavement counselling and a diploma in life coaching. I was also accredited by Mental Health First Aid England to deliver MHFA training 2016-2022.

Specialism

I support people through bereavement and other life losses offering a blended approach of counselling and coaching.
