About Me

Hi, I’m Owain Gwynfryn — a 41-year-old gay man living in London with a passion for helping others live boldly and authentically.

My background is as varied as my interests. I trained and worked as a chiropractor from the age of 26, eventually founding and running my own successful London practice for 10 years before selling it in 2025. Along the way, I rediscovered my love of music and retrained as a professional opera singer — a career I now pursue across the UK.

I’m currently training as a life and small business coach with The Coaching Academy, combining my lived experience in entrepreneurship, performance, and personal transformation to support others on their own journeys.

I also run an events company for gay, bi, trans and queer men in London, creating spaces for connection, community, and joy outside the usual scene. At the heart of everything I do is a belief in following what lights you up — because life’s too short not to.

Drawing on my own experience running a busy health clinic, I work with high-achievers and business owners who feel overwhelmed or disconnected — supporting them to create space, set boundaries, and find calm in the chaos.
