Scrolling through today's news feed while sipping my morning coffee, I came across this quote by Ben Franklin. It made me stop and think - how right you are!

Barbra Streisand recently retired at the age of 81 and said "I haven't had much fun". How scary is that? To look back at your life and realise you've missed your one chance. Too often we live like cats, pretending we have 9 lives and can do this all over again.

How many of us actually live? Truly live? Not just work, home, occasional dinner parties and holidays that make us feel dejected when we return to the daily grind and yet again begin to wonder "Is this really it?"

How often do you postpone things you've always wanted to do for later, for when the time is right, for when you have more time and money, for retirement? What if that time never comes? We often assume we will live long and be healthy enough to enjoy doing what we had planned to do but we can't choose we won't fall ill or when we'll pass away.

What is stopping you from living your life to the full?

What barriers are you putting up against making small impactful changes to improve your quality of life?

Is the biggest barrier...you?

There are many ways to unwrap your limiting beliefs, gain clarity on your goals, create the right headspace for you to introduce changes that, regardless of how busy your daily life is, will have a lasting impact.
