I am international HR Professional, with a postgraduate in Coaching.
I have worked most of my working life in Manufacturing, in the Automotive Industry, which is a fast paced, stressful environment. Working in continuous improvement, problem solving and change has helped me to understand what my clients would need to move forward in their lives. Helping my clients find their maximum potential or helping them understand how to take the next steps (small steps) is really important. I myself have a coach / supervisor to help me when I need it.
I am a mother and grandmother and a loving wife to a crazy Italian guy! I love dogs and would have thousands if I could (!) but for now one will have to suffice!
I love to walk, read, cook & bake and spend time with my family.
I am a resilient person, which I had to learn, so maybe I can help you learn as well.
Stress management which is linked with resilience and performance. Career and Life coaching.
