There is often a confusion between challenge and stress in the workplace.

Positive challenges at work can be fulfilling and have positive effects on people, whereas work-related stress can cause health issues.

Work related stress can be associated with (just to name some):
Low morale and engagement
Anxiety
Low productivity
Too many responsibilities
Increased workload
Harassment & discrimination

Stress can literally be a killer, causing chronic heart disease if not dealt with.
