Hello there!
I’m Dr Richard Harkness an ICF accredited ADHD coach, former NHS GP and proud dad of an ADHDer.
My journey into understanding ADHD began when my child was diagnosed with ADHD and I began to learn more about it and my relationship to it.
My approach is all about creating a safe, light, non-judgmental space where you are free to be your unique self —quirks, creativity, challenges, and all.
Together, we’ll explore effective ADHD strategies, build systems, and discover what truly works for YOU.
I bring both a medical background and coaching expertise, blending science with a genuine, warm, heartfelt understanding of what it means to live with ADHD. So, whether you’re looking to improve focus, manage overwhelm, or just find more joy and ease in your daily life, I’m here to cheer you on every step of the way :-)
Let’s kick the doors of ‘normal’ down and start living life in a way that works for you!
