Exercise has become a habit for me. I've done it for years on and off but it always had this negative energy with it. I 'need' to do it. I 'should' do it.
Once I switched my thinking to what do I get from it something flipped.
I get clearer thinking, motivation and positivity. Sure its good for my body too but for me the mental benefits are so much important.
Then committing to making it a daily habit in some form or another. I don't judge myself and I give myself freedom to choose what I feel in the mood for. Showing myself kindness and acceptance that previously I was so readily giving to everyone but me.
Show yourself and your body some kindness and make it move daily in a way that works for YOU.
