About Me

Hi, I’m Carol

I offer calm, compassionate coaching to support you as you discover clarity, build lasting confidence, and embrace meaningful change in your life. If you’re ready to explore what’s next and take gentle steps forward, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I have completed my training as a transformative coach with the Animas Centre for Coaching and am now preparing for my certification. Over recent months, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many clients through CoachMeFree and beyond, which has helped me develop and refine my coaching skills.

Before stepping into coaching, I spent more than thirty years in the music industry. During that time, I came to deeply value the power of meaningful conversation, active listening, and personal growth. Coaching feels like the natural next chapter — a space where I can be fully present for others as they explore what matters most and navigate life’s shifts in their own way.

My coaching style
I work in a calm, grounded, and thoughtful way. I create space where you can speak freely without judgement or pressure. I won’t give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll ask questions that help you reflect, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels right for you. Laughter is always welcome too.

A little more about me
I’m naturally competitive, which shows in my love of running, and I’m also deeply involved in community life. For the past few years, I’ve been co-chair of my local Police Encounter Panel, working to strengthen relationships and accountability between The Metropolitan Police and the community.

Coaching sessions
I believe coaching should be accessible to everyone. I am currently offering three free sessions while I complete my certification process. For those who wish to continue beyond that, I offer affordable coaching packages so we can keep working together at a pace that suits you.
