I am an EMCC senior practitioner with a Diploma in Transformative coaching through Animas.
I have experience in Executive Coaching, supporting managers who often find themselves in complex situations. With a background in leadership and management, I hold meaningful conversations which help achieve a positive way forward.
I completed a 20-week neurodiversity programme in 2024 to help me understand the challenges facing those close to me and clients who have these diagnoses.
Effective stress management has recently been the focus for a number of my clients as many have found themselves needing to learn new tools and techniques to help reduce stress levels and build resilience.
