This will enable us to resolve the issues with sending emails, particularly to Gmail accounts. This problem arose because our mail server was being affected by other users who may have been sending spam, which in turn impacted our ability to reach you.

As email is a crucial part of our business—and likely yours as well, we understand the inconvenience this may be causing. We are actively working on a resolution, but unfortunately, this process has taken longer than we had hoped.

In the meantime, if you typically use a Gmail address, we suggest that you replace your Gmail mail address temporarily if you can, to ensure smooth communication.
