I'm Esther, previously a Social Researcher working in Monitoring and Evaluation for International Development (peacebuilding and education).
My first degree was in Psychology. My interests have always been in behaviour change and - more importantly - what stops us from changing behaviour even if we know all the theory. After many years in therapy analysing my patterns and family dynamics, I discovered the power of coaching and how it can help to put some of that theory into real-life practice by helping provide frameworks and accessible tricks to start showing up in the way that I wanted, despite some of my most ingrained patterns. Since then, I have made it my goal to reach as many people as possible to help them do the same. I enjoy working with clients who feel they know what they want, but feel stuck on how to get there. They may have already thought a lot about what might be causing it, but they can't yet see how to actually change something that will help them handle difficult relationships at home and work.
