I'm Kris from Kris O Coaching - a life coach, entrepreneur and sobriety coach.
My coaching can address a wide range of issues that maybe holding you back such as: work-life balance, imposter syndrome, people pleasing, self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, boundaries, procrastination, time management, toxic people, self-doubt, poor lifestyle habits and struggling with lapse and relapse cycles.
Through a combination of strategic goal-setting, motivation and empowerment, I have helped hundreds of clients overcome issues like this, achieving their goals and supercharging their success.
My approach is personalised, supportive and evidence-based, ensuring that each client receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
My journey to becoming a coach stems from a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Over the last 10 years, I’ve undertaken roles as support, keyworker and coach with addiction, recovery and sober clients. Working for prestigious health services and organisations in the United Kingdom and Netherlands; Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, National Health Service, GGD Amsterdam and London Friend.
I've succeeded despite many personal and professional struggles; family, bereavement, relationships and multiple career changes. Regardless, I’ve forged successful careers in medicine, communications, engineering and now coaching. I'm incredibly lucky enough to fulfil my personal ambition of helping others.
