About Me

Started Coaching in 2022. Qualified as a Tranformative Life Coach in January 2023, this being the third Life Coaching course completed at the time.

Ever since, I've enrolled in two other courses (Expert Coach and Positive Intelligence Coaching). ICF Member and AAC Certified.

On my personal development journey, I came across Buddhism and found it as one of the most peaceful way of being. Completed a Vipassana 10 days silent retreat which brought me a new baseline of calmness and ease.

As hobbies: I love badminton, dancing, learning languages and new words, reading, hiking, travelling, volunteering and playing games.
