About Me

Hello, it’s nice to see you here looking for change! I’m a qualified coach, Mental Health First Aider and a Learning & Development professional with over 16 years’ experience in the corporate and private sectors, coaching and mentoring in the UK and globally.

My style is empathetic and approachable with a delivery tailored directly to your specific needs. I focus on mindset, limiting beliefs, personal transformation, wellbeing and more. I believe in making small but impactful changes that lead to true transformation.

This was me for many years, personally and professionally, until I ended up burnt out, perpetually anxious, signed off from work and in A&E. What else needed to happen for me to make some changes before I paid for my lifestyle with my health?
