Inner Child

We must look at every child with the eyes of compassion. We must look at our (and any) inner child with the same eyes of compassion.

Inner child is that part of us that was not seen/approved by our parents, care givers, or any who was meant to provide us love and safety. So in order to get what we needed, we had to change ourselves/authenticity for that what would be accepted and loved.
But as an adult we don´t need the care giver to provide us with love and safety. We can just feel the love that we are, and take care of ourselves. This inner child conditioning became a mental construction that we can cahge back to authenticity.

IT´S TIME FOR CHANGE!!!
