About Me

Hello, I'm Jonathan, an executive coach and medical doctor by background.

I coach experienced professionals through career transitions, leadership challenges, and moments that call for leading without hiding who you are.

Some of my clients are stepping into a bigger role and finding the ground has shifted under them. Some are rebuilding their confidence after a setback, a difficult decision, or events that knocked their sense of who they are as a leader. Some are working through conflict, whether with other people or within themselves about what's right. Some are LGBT+ professionals, tired of managing how much of themselves to show at work. Different starting points, but the same underlying work: a space to think clearly, say your thoughts out loud, and find the clarity and next steps that were already there, waiting to be seen.

You talk. I listen and ask the questions that help you hear your own thinking. From there, you find your own way forward.

I spent over 35 years in global pharmaceutical leadership, across five countries, before training as an executive coach at Henley Business School.
