About Me

I'm an Executive & Transition Coach working with professionals and working parents navigating change – stepping into a new role, returning to work, considering a different direction, or sensing that something no longer fits. My approach is based on Co-Active coaching, which sees you as naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and balances reflection with purposeful action. Rather than giving advice, I coach the whole person, recognising that work, wellbeing, relationships and ambitions are all connected.

Specialism

Before coaching, I spent over 17 years in international tax with PwC and global corporates, then built my own wellbeing business.

I hold the AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching which is tripple accredited with the ICF, EMCC and AC and offer a confidential space to think clearly and move forward with confidence. I mauntain membership of the AC and EMCC and abide by their ethical framework and maintain professional supervisioon.
