About Me

Hello, I am Alexia, I help founders, leaders and professionals who are facing an important decision, navigating a career or leadership transition, dealing with competing priorities, or feeling under pressure and needing space to think clearly about what comes next. I am currently completing the INSEAD Executive Coaching Certificate Programme. I have over 23 years of multicultural work experience in various industries including 11 years as an entrepreneur in the travel and hospitality industry, working in high-expectation and UHNW environments.

My approach is reflective and facilitative. I create a confidential space for you to step back, challenge patterns and assumptions, explore new possibilities and clarify the direction you want to take and how you may move towards it.
