About Me

I'm from San Diego, California, and recently moved to Maine. I have had a long career in IT, but became interested in coaching after my husband passed away in 2020 and I participated in a widow's coaching program for 2 years. Coaching helped me to find the strength to move forward, continue to support my special needs daughter after the loss of her dad, and learn to enjoy life again. I am focused on helping those who struggle with loss of identity, loss of self-worth, grief in spousal loss, and stress in raising a child with special needs. I am dedicated to helping you find your way in life, just as coaching has helped me to find my way.
