About Me

My journey has included a career in IT, raising a special needs child, and the loss of my husband in 2020. In the midst of grief, coaching became a turning point for me — helping me move from feeling stuck to slowly finding my way forward, reconnecting with myself, and rediscovering joy.

That experience inspired me to become a certified coach. I earned my Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification through IAPRC, and I’m especially drawn to supporting caregivers and anyone who feels overwhelmed, uncertain, or ready for something more.

I love helping people explore what they truly want, what may be keeping them stuck, and what’s possible when they begin to reflect, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and hope.
