About Me

I'm not going to push you to work harder or do more. I'm a firm believer that humanity just needs to slow down.

I've had to teach myself how to rest, how to listen to my body, and how to live a more balanced life. I now help others do the same.

Being autistic has given me a deep appreciation for different ways of experiencing the world, and I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent people.

My biggest ambition in life is to deepen my understanding of myself so that I can be of greater service to others.

Specialism

I work with people who have realised they have a genuine need to slow down. If you've got an ache in your body that you know wouldn't be there if you weren't so stressed, or an unhealthy coping mechanism that you just can't seem to overcome, we'll explore what's really driving it. Together, we'll work towards reducing that stress and building healthier habits that support lasting change.

I've been meditating for over six years and have completed two Vipassana (10-day silent meditation) retreats. I meditate for one hour every morning.

I mention this because the truth is, what makes me an effective coach today isn't all of the coaching training I've completed, but the journey I've taken to get to where I am.
