With a background in wellness and health, mental health, and neurodiversity coaching, I specialise in supporting people navigating ADHD, burnout, crashout, emotional overwhelm, masking, people pleasing, relationship challenges, career struggles, and feelings of disconnection from themselves.

From Burnout to Balance
I know what burnout feels like.
I remember waking up already exhausted, running on autopilot, and wondering how long I could keep going. Burnout isn’t just stress, it's losing your energy, clarity, and sense of direction. That experience changed everything for me, and it’s why I now support others in moving from survival mode toward balance, clarity, and purpose.

Many people with ADHD and neurodivergent minds struggle not because they lack effort, but because their brains process motivation, focus, and stress differently. Dysregulated dopamine, norepinephrine, and cortisol can create cycles of overwhelm, procrastination, hyperfocus, shutdowns, crashouts, and burnout. You may appear capable on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, emotionally overwhelmed, inconsistent, or stuck in survival mode. ADHD doesn’t always “look” like ADHD, and constantly trying to function in systems designed for neurotypical brains can leave you feeling like you’re barely holding everything together.
These struggles are not personal failures and they are signs of overload, nervous system dysregulation, and unsupported needs.

My coaching approach focuses on working with your brain, not against it. Together, we build practical and sustainable systems for focus, organisation, emotional regulation, energy management, and productivity without relying on pressure, panic, or burnout to function. Whether you’re navigating workplace challenges, low motivation, relationship difficulties, career uncertainty, or ongoing burnout, coaching provides personalised support, structure, accountability, and clarity tailored to neurodivergent minds.
