Hey! I’m Carmen, your Action and Clarity coach from Spain.

I help people who feel stuck, lost or constantly “tomorrow, tomorrow”… finally move.

Because I’ve been there too.

I know what it’s like to overthink every decision, doubt yourself, and feel disconnected from your path... having ideas, but no clear direction or momentum.

That’s why my work is focused on breaking that cycle at the root.

I combine clarity work (using tools like IKIGAI), deep mindset coaching and practical action. This means we don’t just talk about what you want , we uncover what’s really blocking you, challenge the beliefs behind it, and turn it into clear, aligned steps.
