I’m a developmental coach with a background in leadership, organisational development and international development. For more than 20 years, I have worked with people and organisations navigating change, complexity and uncertainty.
I came to coaching through my own experience of change and a major health crisis, which shifted the way I see myself, other people and life. It taught me to appreciate the complexity of being human — and to look beyond quick answers towards deeper understanding and meaningful change.
I bring this perspective, together with my training in Vertical Development, mindfulness and adult learning, into my coaching.
My style is calm, curious and grounded. I listen deeply, ask questions that help you see things differently, and create space for you to discover your own answers.
I don't believe you need to become someone else. I believe there is often more of yourself waiting to be heard.
Come back to yourself. Reclaim your voice. Inhabit your power.
Have you spent years being there for other people — caring, supporting, leading, adapting, keeping things going?
Perhaps you are capable and successful, but lately you feel disconnected from yourself. You may be questioning what you really want, finding it harder to hear your own voice, or wondering why a life that once felt right no longer does.
Sometimes this happens at a turning point in life. Sometimes it comes with changes in your body, energy, relationships or work. And sometimes there is no obvious reason — you simply feel that something in you is asking for a different way of living.
I support women who are ready to pause and listen to themselves again.
Together, we can explore questions such as:
What do I actually want now?
Where have I been putting myself second?
What have I been saying yes to when I really mean no?
What would it mean to take up more space in my own life?
How can I stay connected to myself while being deeply connected to others?
Who am I becoming, rather than trying to get back to who I was?
My coaching is not about fixing yourself or becoming a better version of yourself. It is about becoming more fully yourself — with greater awareness of your needs, your body, your emotions, your choices and what matters to you.
I work particularly well with women who spend much of their lives supporting others — including coaches, healers, facilitators, social workers, leaders and caregivers. When you are usually the one holding space for others, it can be powerful to have a space where you don't have to hold anything or anyone.
My approach is grounded in Vertical Development and adult learning, combined with mindfulness, body awareness, reflection and practical exploration. I also bring more than 20 years of experience in leadership, organisational development and working with people through complex change.
My own experience of a major health crisis changed the way I see life and growth. It taught me that change is rarely simple: vulnerability and strength, uncertainty and possibility, loss and growth can exist at the same time. This perspective is an important part of how I work.
You don't need to arrive with clear answers.
You can simply arrive as you are.
And from there, we can explore what it means to live more from your own centre.
