I’m a trainee Holistic Life Coach, passionate about helping people create more calm, clarity, and balance in their lives.
I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves to slow down, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and take practical steps toward positive change.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and holistic. I work with the whole person—thoughts, emotions, habits, and overall wellbeing—to support meaningful and sustainable transformation.
I believe that lasting change happens when we nurture the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—rather than focusing on just one area.
