I am a psychology graduate (BSc, First-Class Honours) currently completing an MSc in Coaching Psychology at the University of Chichester. This is a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited programme and forms part of my longer-term pathway toward Chartered Coaching Psychologist status.
My approach to coaching is grounded in humanistic and existential perspectives. I am particularly interested in how individuals make sense of their lives, their values, and the tensions that arise when behaviour does not align with what matters most to them.
I work from the principle that you are the expert on your own experience. My role is not to direct or prescribe, but to provide a psychologically informed, structured space in which you can explore, reflect, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
As part of my training, I am currently offering up to eight free coaching sessions. These sessions are confidential, collaborative, and focused on supporting you to clarify your goals, navigate challenges, and take action in a way that feels authentic and grounded.
