Hi there, as a lifestyle and wellbeing coach, I'm helping professionals who want to transform their habits, strengthen resilience, and invest in their long-term wellness and longevity.
I have a background in leading organisational transformation projects in high-stress environments, which has given me a deep understanding of what drives people—and what holds them back—when facing change. I’ve seen firsthand how stress, burnout, and competing priorities can affect wellbeing and performance.
Today, I support clients to thrive amid stress and build healthy future. Together with client we define goals that matter to them, uncover barriers that stand in the way, and design small, actionable steps that create meaningful and lasting change.
I offer a 3-session programme ideal for creating structure, reflection, and forward momentum around lifestyle and wellbeing goals.
