About Me

I offer an integrative approach in coaching for people who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My approach brings together coaching and a strong psychological understanding. I will support you to gently uncover any barriers you may be facing, while helping you define goals that feel realistic, personal, and truly aligned with who you are. Together, we’ll take the time to explore what’s going on beneath the surface—not just what you want to change, but why things may feel stuck in the first place.

I work in a trauma-informed, compassionate way, which means there’s no pressure to rush or “have it all figured out.” Instead, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, make sense of your experiences, and begin to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

True Hart was created from a genuine passion for supporting others, shaped by both my professional background in psychology, coaching, and wellbeing, and my own lived experiences. I understand how difficult it can feel when things don’t quite make sense or when motivation feels low—and I also know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and supported.
