I am a systems thinker and strategist with lived experience of navigating complex public systems as a disabled and neurodivergent single mother. My work focuses on helping women, particularly disabled and neurodivergent mothers, understand and navigate health, education, and social care structures with greater confidence and clarity. Rather than offering emotional support alone, I focus on practical strategies, structured thinking, and institutional literacy so women can advocate for themselves more effectively while protecting their energy and wellbeing.
My specialism is supporting disabled and neurodivergent mothers who are navigating public systems such as health services, social care, benefits, and education processes. I focus on practical system navigation, documentation strategies, understanding rights and processes, and building sustainable personal systems that reduce overwhelm. My approach combines lived experience with strategic thinking to help women move from confusion and exhaustion towards clarity, structure, and informed decision making.
