About Me

Hi, I’m Margaret — and I’m really glad you’re here.

I'm and executive and leadership coach and I’ve spent the last couple of decades working alongside senior leaders, teams in transition, and independent professionals who were building something meaningful. I’ve been inside big organizations (legal, finance, brand, marketing, operations) and I’ve also stood shoulder-to-shoulder with entrepreneurs figuring out their next chapter. Along the way I taught design courses, created curriculum around communication and professional growth, and learned how people actually change when they feel seen and supported.

That experience taught me something important: real growth rarely happens through generic advice or quick hacks. It happens in thoughtful, structured conversations where someone finally gets to name what’s been quietly holding them back, and then builds a clear path forward.
