People often come to me because their mind never quite switches off. They replay conversations, second-guess themselves, or feel pressure to have everything together when they really don’t.
You might be the person everyone relies on, yet you don’t really have a place to talk yourself. Or you feel like you’re putting on a bit of a mask and worry you’ll be “found out”.
You don’t need to know what to say before we meet. You don’t need a clear goal either. We can simply start with what’s on your mind that day.
I offer a relaxed, judgement-free conversation where you don’t have to perform, fix yourself, or achieve anything.
If you’d like a calm place to talk and think things through, you’re very welcome to message me.
I’m still early in my coaching training, so I don’t claim a technical specialism. What I do notice is that I naturally connect with people who feel they have to wear a bit of a mask.
You might come across as capable and coping, but inside you worry you’ll be “found out”, second-guess yourself, or put pressure on yourself to get things right. A lot of the people I speak to are used to holding it together for everyone else and rarely get to be fully honest about how they’re actually feeling.
If you recognise that sense of armour - always managing how you appear, even when you’re tired of doing it - we can slow things down and make sense of it together.
