About Me

My name is Aleksandra, and I currently live in Paris, having spent most of my life in the UK. I have always been deeply interested in personal development and self-understanding, and I have been actively engaged in this work since an early adulthood personally and professionally.

Specialism

Alongside my psychological training, I have built a successful corporate career. Navigating pregnancy and now early motherhood while holding a strong professional identity has been one of the most challenging transitions of my life.

Moving from being a capable, driven woman in a corporate environment to becoming a mother to a baby who requires care and presence around the clock is a profound shift. For many women, this transition brings a sense of identity disruption or loss, something that is rarely spoken about openly, yet deeply felt.

I am currently a new mother to a thriving four-month-old baby, and this experience has given me an even deeper appreciation for the internal and external pressures women face during this stage of life. Even with years of personal therapy and professional training, this transition has been humbling, emotionally complex, and transformative. It has also reinforced how valuable psychological insight and coaching support can be during periods of intense change.

My background is in psychology and psychotherapy. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University (Australia) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London. I am currently training as a coach with the Animus Centre of Coaching, where I am refining my practical coaching skills and expanding my understanding of coaching as a future-focused, empowering process.

Alongside formal education, I have a long-standing interest in complementary and mind-body approaches, including yoga, meditation, breathwork, and other awareness-based practices. These tools inform my work and allow me to support clients in a way that is both grounded and holistic.

What sessions with me look like:

During our sessions, my intention is to create a space that is fully yours. This is a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where you are gently accompanied as you explore your challenges, questions, and internal experiences. I work in a client-centred way, which means I am not here to direct, advise, or tell you what to do. Instead, I support you in developing deeper understanding, clarity, and trust in yourself, so that you can explore what feels right for you and move forward in a way that is aligned with who you are. My role is to hold the space, offer presence and reflection, and support you in finding your own best way of being you.

Through this platform, I am offering free coaching sessions as I continue to build my practical coaching hours. While my theoretical foundation is strong, I place great value on real, meaningful work with people. My aim is to offer a thoughtful, respectful space where clients can gain clarity, reconnect with their sense of self, and navigate change with more confidence and self-compassion.

I am particularly interested in working with women who are navigating major life transitions, especially those balancing parenthood, career, and evolving identity.

Many women move from a clear, externally recognised professional role into motherhood and suddenly feel unseen, unsure, or disconnected from who they once were. My work focuses on supporting women through these identity shifts in a constructive, conscious way, without losing themselves in the process.

If you are navigating parenthood, career transitions, or a period of identity change and would like supportive, psychologically informed coaching, I would be very happy to work with you.
