I'm a recently qualified coach with experience of coaching people through change and for those looking for the next step up in life.

I love helping people to find the route through when times are difficult - I see coaching as the torch that can light the way, helping to you avoid the cliff edge and the dark forest.

I believe we are all connected through spirituality, whether we notice it or not, and that coaching can help to unlock a greater awareness and contentment about ourselves and our lives.

Specialism

I've worked across the public sector in the UK throughout my career and I have substantial experience of working with politicians and senior leaders, often in difficult or contentious environments.

I can give you the time and safe space to ask the challenging questions of yourself, to develop a plan that fits you, and to hold you accountable in a way you'll appreciate.
