Hi, I'm Sally, I am a somatic career coach. My path to coaching grew out of lived experience, supported by a back ground in education. Over the years, I’ve navigated significant career change, major shifts in my working life, and profound changes in my relationship with my body and wellbeing. Those experiences led me to slow down, listen more deeply, and ultimately retrain as a coach.
My work is grounded, practical, and body-based. I bring a deep respect for the nervous system and for the wisdom that emerges when we learn to work with our bodies rather than pushing against them. I support clients who are navigating change, burnout, or moments when life asks for a different way forward.
