I'm a London-based coach with a background in Psychology and Neuroscience, and a lifelong curiosity about what shapes the way we think, feel, and show up in the world. Growing up and building a career in one of the world's most fast-paced cities has given me a real understanding of the pressures that come with modern life — the hustle, the noise, and the quiet moments when you wonder if you're living in a way that actually feels like you.
I'm currently completing my Diploma in Transformative Coaching at the School of Animas, which means the work I do with clients is grounded in both scientific understanding and a genuine belief that meaningful, lasting change is possible — no matter where you're starting from. I'm particularly passionate about working with people who feel held back by patterns or beliefs they can't quite name yet, and helping them find clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction that feels authentic to them.
I also have personal and professional experience with neurodiversity, and I understand how differently-wired minds can sometimes struggle to be seen or understood — whether in the workplace, in relationships, or simply within themselves. If that resonates with you, you're in the right place.
Outside of coaching, I'm a qualified Mat Pilates instructor, and I love supporting people who are finding their way back to movement after injury or a long time away from fitness. Sometimes the body and the mind need to heal together.
My coaching is fundamentally person-centred — which means you set the agenda. I don't arrive with a fixed framework or a predetermined path; instead, I follow your lead, helping you explore what matters most to you at your own pace and in your own way. This is your space, and my role is to help you make the most of it.
I take a holistic view of the people I work with, because life doesn't compartmentalise neatly. How we feel in our bodies affects how we think, and how we think affects how we move through the world. Where it's useful, I'll weave in perspectives from psychology — drawn from my academic background and experience facilitating support groups — but only ever in service of what's helpful for you, never as a rigid methodology.
I work best with people who have reached a point where they know something needs to shift — and who are ready and willing to do the work to get there. You don't need to have all the answers, but a genuine commitment to change makes all the difference.
Above all, I'm committed to creating a space that feels genuinely safe — non-judgmental, fully confidential, and free from pressure to be anyone other than who you are. Whether you're navigating a career crossroads, working through personal challenges, reconnecting with your body after time away from fitness, or simply trying to understand yourself a little better, I'd love to work with you.
