Hello, I'm Luisa - a trainee Life & Performance Coach with a real passion for helping ambitious people like you step into your full potential.
By day (or rather, out at sea), I serve as Chief Stew & Purser on a superyacht, where I lead an interior team and act as the key bridge between the yacht's owner, the captain, and our management company. It’s a role that demands clear communication, strong leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, and staying calm under pressure.
I'm also a certified fitness coach (awarded by Active IQ), which brings practical knowledge of movement, energy management, and building physical confidence to our coaching work. This means I can support you in creating sustainable habits that help you feel stronger, more energized, and resilient, physically and mentally, so you can show up fully in your career, relationships, and life.
These everyday experiences have given me a deep appreciation for what it takes to balance high-responsibility work with personal growth, build effective habits, stay focused and push through challenges with resilience and confidence.
My experience and love for working with people is what lead me into coaching and why I feel so connected to individuals like yourself who are juggling careers, responsibilities, and big goals while wanting to feel more empowered, aligned, and effective in their lives.
My coaching style is calm, warm, thoughtful, and completely non-judgmental. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to explore what's holding you back and what's possible ahead. My coaching in non-directive, I do not give you advice, directly instruct or tell you what to do. Instead, we work together as a powerful team and through meaningful conversations I help you access your own insight, focus, motivation, and direction needed to achieve your goals.
Before each session, you'll receive a short questionnaire so I can understand your goals, the areas you'd like to focus on, and your preferred way of working together. This helps me tailor our time to make it as meaningful and effective as possible for you.
All sessions are held online, so we can connect from wherever you are, no matter how busy life gets.
