I am a qualified coach with 15 years’ experience as a primary school teacher and a deep understanding of the pressures of modern life and work. Through my own experiences of stress, burnout, performance anxiety, and difficult relationships, I understand how these challenges can affect our nervous system, confidence, and sense of direction. I have overcome challenges I thought were insurmountable, to live life with greater ease and purpose. With someone to walk along side you on the journey, you can too.
My coaching style is warm, compassionate, and empathic. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to untangle your thoughts, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and intention, offering gentle challenge where appropriate. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented; it does not involve diagnosis or treatment, but supports you in creating meaningful change from where you are now, so you can find your spark again.
I work within the ICF Code of Ethics and am committed to ongoing training and upskilling to ensure the highest standard of professional coaching practice. I am passionate about supporting people to create sustainable, positive change in their lives.
