I’m Ann, a Transformative coach supporting people who are busy doing a lot for everyone else and now ready to start doing something for them...pursue a life's passion, I got you. Want that promotion, I got you, want to re-build bridges with someone, I got you, lose weight, start a business, make friends, change career - it doesn't matter because I don't fix your problem, we work it out together, and I keep you accountable.
I’m a mother of three, a wife, sister and a first-gen woman of colour. I understand the physical, mental and emotional load that comes with balancing work, family, culture, identity, and expectations.
Alongside my personal experience, I bring a strong corporate and leadership background, which means I’m comfortable supporting clients with work-related pressure, career decisions, and navigating change. At the same time, my coaching is gentle but challenging, thought provoking, and non-judgemental. I aspire to offer a space where you don’t need to perform, explain yourself, or have all the answers.
In our sessions, we will slow things down, explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, and gently work towards what you really want, and how to get it in a way that is practical, realistic and right for you.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unsure of what's next (or right) for them, or simply needing someone to think things through with.
CoachMeFree sessions are a chance to pause, be heard, and leave with greater insight and calm. If you’re curious about coaching or want a supportive conversation to help you make sense of what’s next, I’d be happy to meet you where you are.
