Hi, I’m Louise.
My path into coaching wasn’t planned. It grew out of my own life unravelling and slowly being put back together again.
A few years ago, I experienced deep grief and significant change. Life shifted almost overnight. While everything around me seemed to carry on as normal, I felt like I was standing still, trying to work out who I was now, what I needed, and how to move forward when everything felt uncertain.
That season changed me. It softened me and strengthened me. It also made me realise how many capable women are quietly carrying so much while still showing up for everyone else.
At the time, I was teaching full-time. On paper, everything looked stable. But internally, I knew something needed to shift.
Instead of walking away from my career, I chose to redesign it. I reduced my teaching hours and built a colour and style business alongside it. Later, I trained as a life coach so I could support women more deeply, not just in how they present themselves, but in how they live and lead their lives.
I now work primarily with women navigating life or career crossroads. Women who feel stuck, uncertain, or quietly outgrowing a version of themselves. Women who want change but don’t necessarily want to blow everything up.
Together, we untangle what’s really going on, rebuild steadiness, and help you move forward with confidence in your decisions.
Coaching isn’t just something I do. It’s something I believe in, because I’ve lived the process of rebuilding and reshaping my own life in a way that feels more balanced and aligned.
Now I help other women do the same.
My coaching supports women who have reached a point where work or life feels heavier than it used to.
I work primarily with women in their mid-thirties and beyond who are capable, committed, and outwardly coping, but privately feel flat, unsettled, or quietly drained. Many are in caring or high-responsibility professions where others rely on them every day. Often they have built a career they once cared deeply about, yet something no longer fits in the way it used to.
They do not necessarily want to leave. They do not want to burn everything down. They simply want to feel steadier inside the life they already have.
In our work together, we explore:
• what has shifted and why it feels different now
• the responsibility patterns and mental load that are wearing you down
• rebuilding confidence in your own judgement
• making thoughtful decisions without regret
• creating a version of your work and life that feels sustainable rather than depleting
This is not about dramatic reinvention. It is about regaining your footing. Feeling clear-headed. Feeling sure of yourself again.
My approach is calm, grounded and honest. I ask considered questions, reflect patterns I notice, and help you move forward in practical, manageable steps.
If you are tired of going through the motions and ready to feel more certain about what comes next, this space is for you.
