Hi, I’m Tim.

work with creative founders, makers, and self-employed people who are capable and ambitious, but currently feel noisy, scattered, or at a crossroads.

This work is for those who aren’t lacking ability, but are carrying a lot. Ideas, responsibility, and the pressure of expectation. Somewhere along the way, the clarity and momentum that used to feel easy have become buried under the weight of "doing it all."

I’m a certified coach with over 15 years of experience in business start-ups, creative work, and self-directed paths.
My coaching is calm, grounded, and practical. Focused on helping you see what’s really going on and make the decisions you’ve been circling.

I’ve always had a natural pull toward helping people make sense of themselves and the world around them. Before coaching, I spent years helping others and finding deep purpose in seeing others grow, learn, or face uncertainty with belief. Coaching felt like the right extension of who I already was.

Outside of coaching, I’m happiest outdoors and especially in the sea. Grounding myself in nature, exploring new places, and letting the elements bring a fresh perspective. That same openness and presence flow into the way I work with people.

I offer an initial 1-hour session to help you identify your biggest "Open Loop" and find the one decision that will unlock your focus today. You’re under no pressure to commit to anything further.
