About Me

I am a coach-in-training, currently completing an ICF-accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching with Animas. With over 7 years of international experience in HR, talent development, and leadership growth, I bring a strong background in supporting people to realise their potential, navigate change, and build confidence in their careers.

Having lived and worked across Poland, Spain, and the UK, I enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and creating a safe, supportive space for reflection and growth. My approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a genuine belief that everyone has the capacity for meaningful change.

As part of my training, I am offering free coaching sessions to individuals who want to explore new perspectives, overcome challenges, or take steps toward personal and professional goals.
