I've run my own writing and editing business for more than ten years. I've worked with CEOs, astronauts, entrepreneurs, artists... it's enabled me to live abroad, travel and work remotely.

I'm also a recovering overthinker, who's spent plenty of time feeling lost and afraid, in misaligned relationships and desperately seeking purpose and contentment.

I've learned (and I'm still learning) that change change is hard but it is possible - it does take time and plenty of work, though.

I now live by the sea in Cornwall. I love exploring the coast and the outdoors. Music, meditation, books and sports are important to me. I also mentor young men with the charity A Band of Brothers. And I’m learning to play the drums. It’s humbling but fun… a valuable reminder that doing new things is hard but also rewarding.
