Many ambitious professionals I work with describe feeling pulled in different directions: wanting to step up, take on more, and grow as leaders, yet also struggling with doubt, uncertainty, or overwhelm.

I assist in finding calm in complexity, so you can think clearly, make grounded decisions, and move forward with confidence. Together, we turn what feels confusing into clarity - and what feels overwhelming into next steps.

Before becoming a coach, I spent years in international business, leading organisational change and supporting teams through transitions. I know how exciting - and sometimes exhausting - it can be to navigate new roles and bigger responsibilities.

I am a certified Erickson Solutions-Focused Coach and currently training as a Transformational Coach with Animas. My style is warm, structured, and encouraging. Clients say I help them see patterns they couldn’t see before - and that alone creates momentum for change.

To build my practice hours, I offer the first coaching session free, and follow-up sessions for a fee you can afford.
