Hello and welcome to Lottricia's Coaching Corner. It's great to have you here!

As a queer person who aligns herself with aromantic and asexual experiences, I am particularly interested in coaching other a-spec people, as well as others who want or expect to be lifelong single. In a world designed for couples and nuclear families, deviating from the script can often feel like emerging onto a giant blank page. You might be someone who finds this exciting but struggles to know where to start, or maybe you are frozen in fear at the prospect of creating an unusual life for yourself. I am here to coach both kinds of person, and everyone in between.

My professional background is in higher education, particularly university peer support, and I have extensive experience of mentoring from the angle of being a mentor as well as leading peer mentoring schemes. Coaching, while different from mentoring in that the coach doesn’t need to share their coachee’s life experience and typically doesn’t give advice, is a natural diversification of this knowledge and skill.

I have a bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Writing, which today translates into how I express myself. In a coaching session with me, you can be sure to find an imaginative and reflective method of enquiry that transforms your perspective. As a client of Lottricia's Coaching Corner, you will find a safe, comfortable space away from the noise of the world, not dissimilar to the feeling of curling up with a good book. Let’s get started on writing a story that feels authentic to you.

Practicalities:
• Coaching sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams (Skype has retired as of May 2025)
• If you are based in London, it may be possible to arrange face-to-face coaching sessions
• As a trainee coach, I will be offering up to three free 50-minute sessions. After that I may charge or continue to offer free sessions (we can discuss this in the third session)
