I help high achievers overcome exhaustion, overwhelm, self-doubt, and burnout so they can reclaim control and balance, with renewed energy and passion, and experience fulfilment and joy, both in work and life.
I understand:
- how easy it is to look as calm as a swan on the surface and to be paddling incessantly underneath
- how the work can accumulate and quickly become excessive
- how coping strategies can work for a while
- how exhaustion and self-doubt eventually creep in
- what it's like to get to the brink of burnout repeatedly, to recover and start all over again
Many of my clients:
