About Me

I coach people working in the creative industries to navigate the unpredictable and temporary nature of the industry. Coaching can help you achieve goals, manage workloads, work/life balance, clarity and self belief. I offer sessions online so we can work together to achieve what is important to you at this stage in your life. I am a friendly and curious creative coach who has worked with creatives for over a decade, grab a cuppa, get settled and be prepared to feel a bit vulnerable as that's where the real work happens.

How can business coaching help creatives

Working with creatives is different from traditional business coaching. It’s not just about productivity or growth. Creative work sits at the intersection of imagination, emotion, and practicality, and it needs a different kind of support. My role is to help you navigate that space with clarity and realism, without losing your creativity in the process.

The core of my work is helping you turn ideas into something sustainable. Many creatives have strong instincts and high standards but struggle with structure: direction, consistency, pricing, boundaries, or long-term planning. I don’t believe in forcing people into rigid systems or generic models. Instead, I help you build ways of working that fit how you think, what you value, and what you want from your career.

Clarity is a big part of the process. Creative people are often pulled in many directions at once, personal projects, paid work, recognition, financial stability. That tension can lead to overwork, indecision, or burnout. I help you step back, identify what really matters, and make intentional choices rather than reacting to pressure or opportunity.

We can also work together and look at mindset, especially patterns common in creative work: perfectionism, imposter syndrome, fear of visibility, or tying self-worth to output. These aren’t flaws to eliminate, but signals to understand and work with.

Structure plays a role too, always in service of creativity. That might mean clearer boundaries, more realistic schedules, or simple systems that help you follow through. The goal is reliability, not rigidity.

Ultimately, I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space to think clearly, make aligned decisions, and build a way of working that supports both your creativity and your long-term sustainability.
