About Me

Ready to make some changes in your day to day/ your life- no matter how big or small?!

If you've gone round in circles and want to cut out the BS and just get going, let's have a chat!

I'm here to support you to reach your goals and tackle any challenges you want! Whether it's building good daily habits, getting into a routine, managing your time better, improving your diet, or dealing with motivation and relationships be that with romantic partners, parents, siblings/family, colleagues - I'd love to help.

About Me:
•Careers Consultant with years of experience supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, and career levels—including international clients.

•Passionate about motivating and encouraging people to overcome barriers in their professional lives—now bringing that same energy into life coaching.

•I believe we are all responsible for and capable of growth. I have deep compassion for anyone feeling stuck or lost—because I’ve been there myself.

•I’ve experienced many seasons of change (and still am!)—I’m a lifelong learner who believes growth never ends. It can be thrilling, but it’s also hard work—because real growth rarely comes from comfort or stagnation.

•As someone who’s walked through uncertainty, I know that once the dark clouds clear, the first step will appear—even if the full path doesn’t. “As you start to walk on the way, the way appears.” – Rumi

What I Need From You:
•Open-mindedness, curiosity, trust, honesty, and dedication and commitment to making a change!

What to expect from me:
•I’ll be real with you—kindly, but honestly. Sugarcoating doesn’t serve growth, and I’m here to support you, not just say what sounds good.

•If I notice something, I’ll gently bring it to your attention—not to judge, but to help plant seeds for your growth.

•You can expect a non-judgmental attitude, privacy, and a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Specialism

*Norm breakers* - I'd be keen to work with those who want to find their voice and break free from the norm.

Coaching is a great way to progress forward in life. Often we feel stuck and this is usually rooted in a vicious cycle of thoughts/beliefs in our mind, which we may not be aware of due to these being subconscious, or a result of learnt behaviour through upbringing, family norms or even cultural norms. We keep safe in our excuses and often the changes lie in us, not external to us. I truly believe the first step is self-awareness. This is the greatest gift you can give to others and more importantly, yourself.

Working with means experiencing transformational coaching which equals to a long term, sustainable change so you can achieve what you’ve always wanted or realise your potential if you’ve been holding back on being yourself. My goal is to empower you by supporting you through your journey.

Having broken norms myself from not being a stereotypical daughter, standing up against cultural norms and backward/non-progressive thinking, positions me to support those looking to break free and find their voice, inner calling/inner being.

Coaching is certainly not a comfortable journey but over the course of our time together, if you trust the process and me as your coach, you will transform into your true self so you can live life on your own terms as you were meant to, away from the external noise.

Testimonials:

"My life coaching sessions with Dimpy have been transformative. Dimpy was very observant and really helped me open my eyes by asking the right questions and encouraging me to find strategies for managing myself. I’ve learned how to stay organised by breaking down larger goals into small, practical steps, which has really helped me manage overwhelm. I’ve also gained more awareness of my emotional habits and now recognise the times I might have turned to social media or food when stressed. Instead, I’m making better choices and filling that space with positive recharge activities such as walking, singing, or spending time with friends. These sessions with Dimpy have lifted my confidence, inspired my creativity, and helped me stay on track with both my personal and business goals." ~ Sandy Chia

"Dimpy was very helpful, supportive and understanding. She actively listened. Through her gentle questions and encouragement, she helped me think in more depth of the challenges I was facing and for me to come up with realistic actions/goals to resolve them. It was a refreshing journey. I endeavour to continue putting the actions discussed in the meeting into practice." ~ AG

"Provided an opportunity to talk to about an issue and provide another perspective." ~ Anon

'Dimpy gave me a better sense of clarity to make me realise that I am handling things better than I realised, for which I am very grateful. She provided an opportunity to talk to about an issue and provide another perspective.' ~ S.
