I help values-led professionals who’ve lost their sense of direction and belief to rediscover confidence and purpose. Restoring connection to what truly matters in life and work.

My own turning point came after years of gradual “wear and tear.” I was feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and disconnected from who I truly was. Confidence had faded, and my sense of purpose felt distant.

The change began when I stopped looking outward for answers and turned inward instead. Facing my vulnerabilities, fears, and long-held beliefs. In doing so, I uncovered strengths I’d forgotten and revived old hobbies and interests that became powerful pathways to healing.

Letting go of the perceptions that no longer served me helped me reconnect with my values and see new possibilities. I climbed out of the shadows, re-energised and inspired, with a clear sense of direction.

This is the journey I now help others take, so they too can reconnect with themselves, find clarity and confidence, and live with renewed purpose.

With over 25 in the interiors, design, architecture, and the luxury lifestyle industries, I’ve held senior roles in international sales and marketing, brand and business development, and led values-driven growth across creative businesses. I’ve nurtured high-performing teams and organisational culture, shaped compelling brand stories, and developed deep commercial and strategic propositions - always with creativity, integrity and human connection at the core.
