I'm Andy, a leader and coach with 17 years experience working at Apple.
I'm currently training with Animas Centre for Coaching for an Accredited Diploma in Transformative coaching.
In 2017, I had my first experience of being coached by a professional and it shifted everything.
It gave me space to think clearly, challenge myself, and see what was really possible. That’s when I knew coaching was something I wanted to be part of.
I’ve learned that the best leaders don’t try to be perfect they lead with authenticity, humility, and a strong sense of who they are. It’s not about following a script or ticking boxes.
Alongside leaders and professionals, I’m especially interested in coaching entrepreneurs, musicians, and anyone pursuing creative passions, helping them overcome limiting beliefs, inner blocks, reconnecting with their purpose, and taking action.
Together we’ll work to clarify your goals, and turn insight into real consistency.
