About Me

With over 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in education, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the wide spectrum of neurodevelopmental conditions. I empower individuals to better understand themselves and their brains.

As an accredited coach for adults in both workplace and personal development, I help individuals harness their strengths, achieve their full potential, and develop lasting habits.

I offer executive functions coaching which include brain-based skills including: planning, organisation, time management, emotional regulation, task initiation, and sustained attention, to name a few.

I offer ADHD and neurodiversity coaching to support individuals in understanding their unique neurotype. This coaching focuses on managing challenges like focus, impulsivity, emotional regulation, by developing personalised, practical solutions to build confidence and improve productivity.
As a coach, I recognise the profound impact of emotional dysregulation, relationship dynamics, habit formation, and intersectionality on neurodivergent individuals.

I offer a nuanced coaching approach that respects and understands the complexities of identity, family, and societal expectations.

My commitment extends to working with people from all cultures, identities, and experiences, ensuring that my coaching is inclusive, empathetic, and tailored to each individual's unique journey.

Specialism

My holistic approach, coupled with empathy and advocacy for neurodiversity, enables me to create an inclusive and supportive environment—one that respects and celebrates the diversity of human experiences and neurocognitive profiles- including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and Dysgraphia, in addition to those experiencing mental health challenges.
I also bring a deep understanding of doctoral-level research culture and supervisor dynamics, and coach PHD students/researchers.
